Rebecca Kashti
Co-Founder and Director

Rebecca Kashti is a lawyer with expertise in education. She was educated in the UK in independent schools and has worked in the education sector for over 17 years. She has advised independent schools in the UK on strategy and legal issues and was a trusted adviser to many schools. She is an experienced Governor, including serving as Chairman of Governors. She has recruited heads, bursars and governors for both preparatory and senior schools. Rebecca has designed and delivered training to schools on governance and legal issues.

Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson has worked in prep schools for his entire career. He was the Deputy Headmaster of Summer Fields, Oxford, before his appointment as Headmaster of Cheam School (the world’s oldest boarding and day prep), a position he held for 18 years. During his tenure he drove forwards an ambitious and far reaching multi-million pound development plan, increasing the school roll from 125 to 450. Mark has been a Governor of numerous schools and is also a Senior Adviser for RSAcademics, one of the UK’s leading educational recruitment firms.
